- Always provide value - It's one thing to know what you know but it's another to help your customers know what they need to know to succeed
- Always be closing - Most sales people know the ABC's (always be closing) of selling. Great closers help their buyers see themselves benefiting from using their product or service in a way, that sometimes, the buyer doesn't even know they're being closed
- Always ask great questions - Not the low-hanging fruit questions like, is safety important to you? Those questions are a waste of time
